Christopher DeGenova’s passion for food began around his family’s kitchen table. Growing up in an Italian household with fresh pastas, sauces, meats and fish; he began to understand that his love was food. At the age of fifteen, he began his cooking career. Shortly after high school he began working under Chef / Owners Ricardo Sandoval and Franco Boffice at The Red Tomato, La Cucina, Arrabiata’s and D’Agnese’s. Chef Christopher has focused more on a career as a chef consultant and working with restaurateurs helping to create their vision of each individual concept. Christopher launched his company, Mocean Cuisine Inc. and continues to strive for perfection with his commitment to creativity and consistency.

Francesco Carvelli

Born in Mesoraca, Italy, small town of Calabria, Chef Francesco grew up with the passion of cooking passed from her mother Elisa Carvelli and support of his father Salvatore Carvelli. At the age of 13 years old, he decided to go to culinary school in Calabria, where he developed his skills in the kitchen and discovered the love for food as an art. After graduating, he went to Bellinzone, Switzerland to work on his first restaurant “Il Nuovo Fiore” where he learned the art of making pizza, he went back to Italy to work at “L’ Impero” restaurant. At the age of 20, came to USA to work at his brother's restaurant "Davinci's" in Marco Island, Fl where he became a Sous Chef and right after, a Chef.
